How to make Crispy Chicken Wings
What's the secret to crispness? It is in boiling of the meat until the water evaporates then draining it. Try the following easy and simple recipe which is good for any occasion. It is also a good appetizer or you can eat it with bread or rice.
Ingredients:
1 kilo (2.2 lbs) chicken wings, trimmed and washed
1 tablespoon salt
enough water to cover meat
cooking oil, recommended is olive oil
Cooking Directions:
In a pot, put chicken wings, salt, and water. Simmer over medium heat until water has evaporated. Remove the wings from the pot then drain with paper towel or strainer, and let to cool down.
Preheat pot with oil then deep-fry the chicken wings over medium heat until golden crisp. Drain excess oil with paper towel or strainer.
Serve warm. You can eat the chicken wings with catsup (or Kraft's blue cheese ranch) and vegetables siding like pickled vegetables (atcharang gulay or papaya). Enjoy eating with bread, rice, or sweet corn.
